Terms of use for the Cryptomatrix token platform

Operator Responsibilities

You remain the owner of every wallet you connect. Cryptomatrix provides token creation and management tooling based on the inputs you supply.

It is your obligation to confirm that your token issuance, liquidity actions, and disclosures are lawful within your jurisdiction.

• Maintain accurate wallet access and keep sufficient SOL for fees.
• Review every transaction in your wallet before signing.
• Monitor token supply, liquidity, and authority settings regularly.
• Inform us immediately if you detect unauthorized access or suspect compromise.

Platform Commitments

Cryptomatrix delivers token creation and liquidity tooling with reliable infrastructure and responsive support.

We reserve the right to pause or disable access that violates law, network rules, or threatens platform stability.

• Advance notice for scheduled maintenance windows whenever feasible.
• Real-time alerts for degraded connectivity or platform incidents.
• Zero-custody model that keeps private keys in your wallet.
• Versioned change logs for platform updates and tool revisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not employ Cryptomatrix to manipulate markets, launder funds, breach platform rules, or violate sanctions. We suspend accounts that trigger compliance investigations or ignore risk advisories.

If regulators or law enforcement require cooperation, we comply within legal boundaries and notify you when permissible.

Fees & Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Late or failed payments may cause automation pauses. Reactivation requires settling outstanding invoices and confirming payment details.

Post-Project Accountability

Upon delivery of any configured token or liquidity setup, ownership and operational risk remain with you. Cryptomatrix does not guarantee exchange listings, liquidity, or the ability to sell or trade a token after handoff.

Any marketing services we offer are advisory only and not a promise of commercial performance. You remain responsible for regulatory compliance, disclosures, and decisions to list, promote, or distribute a token after the project concludes.

• You assume sole responsibility for post-launch trading, liquidity, listings, and distribution outcomes.
• Third-party platform approvals, aggregator listings, and secondary-market performance fall outside our control.
• Marketing guidance does not constitute a guarantee of sales results or legal compliance; seek independent counsel.

Liability

Digital assets carry risk. Cryptomatrix supplies tools; outcomes remain your responsibility. We are not liable for losses, market halts, or network downtime.

Our liability for service defects is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription term.
