Privacy policy for the Cryptomatrix token platform

What We Collect

Cryptomatrix collects only what is needed to provide token creation and on-chain management tools. We store wallet addresses, tool configuration metadata, and platform usage analytics. We do not collect private keys or seed phrases.

Payment information is processed through certified partners and is never stored on Cryptomatrix infrastructure.

• Wallet public addresses and network selection
• Token creation parameters you enter (name, symbol, supply, decimals)
• Liquidity and authority actions you initiate (pool creation, add/remove liquidity, burn, lock, freeze, revoke)
• Essential telemetry that helps us secure sessions and detect anomalies

How We Protect Your Data

We do not store private keys or seed phrases. All signing happens inside your wallet. We encrypt platform data in transit and at rest and restrict internal access to audited workflows.

Systems that process user data are locked behind zero-trust controls, short-lived workload identities, and mandatory audit review.

Usage & Retention

We process data solely to deliver token creation and management workflows. Activity metadata is retained for 12 months to support audits and troubleshooting, then deleted.

You can request deletion at any time; we process verified requests within the timelines described below.

Post-Project Responsibility

When we conclude a project—whether configuring a token, liquidity, or related materials—custody, control, and operational decisions remain entirely with you. Cryptomatrix does not operate, market, or sell the asset on your behalf unless a separate, active agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Exchange listings, secondary market liquidity, and the ability to sell or trade any issued token are outside our control. Our deliverables do not guarantee market acceptance, listing approvals, or saleability.

Your Controls

You own every credential, dataset, and automation we operate on your behalf. You can download audit trails, request deletion, or restrict processing for specific venues at any time from the control center or by contacting us directly.

We respond to access or deletion requests within one business day and complete verified removals within ten.
